ORDER STATUS

Our order status page provides the latest updates, offering the same information that's available to our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that allows you to track your order. To ensure the security of your package, this email will not contain a FedEx® tracking number for orders over $1,500.00, but the package will still be trackable via the email. All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via FedEx International Priority®. Please note that the arrival times listed on the Web site apply to U.S. shipping addresses only. Estimates of the international shipping delivery times can be provided by one of our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants at sales@diamojewel.com or  1-866-417-5324.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY

If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. If your delivery is under $1,500 and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx® may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location call one of our customer service agents at 1-866-417-5324. Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. And please don't hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewelry consultants for any special requests.

FREE ONE YEAR LIMITED PRE-OWNED WATCH WARRANTY

Duration and scope of the limited warranty

This transferrable limited warranty, which is provided by Diam-O-Jewel, Inc., having its place of business at 6222 Richmond Avenue Suite 690, Houston, TX 77057 (“DOJ”), applies to a watch described on the diamojewel.com website, eBay, Amazon or any other marketplace sold under Amijag trade name as “certified, pre-owned”, purchased by you in the continental United States of America, or Alaska or Hawaii, from Amijag directly or any third-party authorized reseller in store or online that is approved to sell certified, pre-owned watches (“Watch”). This limited warranty begins on the date you purchase the Watch and lasts for one (1) year.

THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT. AMIJAG DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY 

What is covered?

The internal movement mechanisms, watch buttons, crystal, case, crown and stem of the Watch are warranted to match the appraisal reports and to be free from all defects not disclosed in the Aprraisal Report, Certified Pre-Owned or any Authenticity Report. 

Verifying the Watch or Trying to get it fixed by a non approved watchmaker?

This Limited warranty will be void if the watch is opened by another watchmaker. If you'd like to get you're watch verified by a watchmaker you may do so at you're own risk. This will void any waterproof warranty or issues due to improper closing closing of the case. Please have you're watchmaker contact us prior to opening the case back of the watch or get a written warranty for waterproofing & timekeeping once the case is closed. Any reputable trained watchmaker qualified in luxury watches should have water testing equipment available at his disposal. If you're watchmaker cannot offer this you're welcome to contact us & we can refer you to independent labs or certified watchmakers who can perform the service in you're area. Any costs associated can be negotiated directly with the watchmakers. We do not get reimbursed by any referrals nor are affiliated with any of our referrals.

What is not covered?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defects (1) if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, (2) if there is evidence of intentional or accidental misuse or abuse, including, without limitation, abuse related to servicing not carried out authorized service centers, (3) resulting from loss, theft, or Act of God, or (4) if used under conditions which exceed the Watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. 

Exclusions and conditions

CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

In order to have coverage under this warranty, the serial number imprinted on the Watch casing must be clearly legible, and no part of the original Watch back or original serial number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced.

IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LASTS LONGER THAN THIS ONE-YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONMAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

How state law applies

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 

What DOJ will do

For Watches covered by this limited warranty, DOJ will provide the following services free of charge:

If your Watch has any material defect not identified in the Appraisal or WatchFacts Report, Amijag will, at its choice and cost: (i) have your defective Watch repaired with authentic replacement parts by a professionally certified watchmaker, (ii) have your defective Watch replaced with a watch of equivalent value with similar features and functionality, or (iii) refund to you the amount you originally paidto purchase the defective Watch. If WatchFacts cannot repair and return your watch to you within sixty (60) days, you will be notified and given the option to receive a refund of the purchase price of your watch in place of your Watch. If you elect to receive a refund, title of your Watch transfers to Amijag.

If you submit your Watch for service covered by this limited warranty, and if you have already submitted the same Watch to WatchFacts for service covered by this limited warranty two or more times previously (or one or more times for issues related to the immediate defect for which you submitted your Watch for service), DOJ will offer to provide you a full refund for the amount you originally paid to purchase the Watch on Amazon.com. If you elect to receive this refund, title of your Watch transfers to Amijag.

Upon request, once, for each watch, Amijag will inspect your watch to verify its authenticity and conformity to the corresponding WatchFacts Report (“Authenticity Verification”). WatchFacts will provide you a report describing the findings of the Authenticity Verification.
